Sailed at Lancing from 0830 til 1030 this morning. Low tide, cross on, 4.5m Ezzy wave on 73l wave board. Really nice blasting with cheeky ramps. As tide pushed up a bit, the occasional 'big' set would trundle in. Best wave was 4-5 groynes downwind ride on one wave from out the back to ankle deep!!!
